| CATERING POLICIES |
When you book your event a 50.00 deposit is required. The balance is due and payable upon receipt. (Nn-Refundable). Please as 18% gratuity if you require WAITSTAFF. IF YOU REQIRE A CHEF a fe of 20.00 per hour will be charged – per chef and a minimum of 4 hours is required. Prices in this menu reflect food only, all oher items are an extra cost. Delivery fee is 25.00 or more depending on distance. Delivery and pickup is 40.00 or more depending on distance. If PLASTIC WARE is needed add 1.00 per person. If CHINA and SILVERWARE are needed add 3.00 per person. RENTAL of CHAFING PANS (If you are creating your own buffet) are available at 5.00 per unit and a 50.00 deposit is required and refundable when returned. Pans are to be returned at the back of the Restaurant. Pans non returned the next day will be charged a late fee of 20.00 per day. All orders should be placed (2) weeks in advanced. A (2) day notice is needed for Funeral Luncheons. A minimum of 20 people per Catering Engagement is required. All Dinners are subject to 8% sales tax. A charge of 20.00 will ne incurred for checks returned for insufficient funds. Deposits are non-refundable.
Additional Fees:
Waitstaff: 80.00 for 4 hours minimum, 25.00 per hour thereafter.
Bartender: 80.00 for 4 hours minimum, 25.00 per hour thereafter.
